Job Summary:


We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team as Executive Support Officer. This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week, primarily home-based with regular travel to London and other locations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive, including diary management, correspondence, and minute-taking.
  • Support the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team on designated projects, conducting research and preparatory work.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:



  • Prior experience in delivering administrative support and diary management.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Salary Information:


The estimated salary for this role is £32,800 per annum, inclusive of a £2,800 London Weighting Allowance and £350 Home Working Allowance.
