About You: We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Business Manager to join our client's Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in School Business Management and School Site Management, with a strong background in school finance, HR, and administration.

You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of school management, including finances, facilities, health and safety, administration, and ICT. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to strategic business planning and drive growth and improvement initiatives across the schools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead budgeting processes effectively and provide leadership to back-office staff. They will also have a strong understanding of school finance, HR, and administration. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
