Job Title: Administrative Leadership Position

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Role:

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Admin manager and ensuring the smooth running of their office and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide effective support to the Admin manager in implementing core operational administration systems and services.
  2. E-mail management: scan and monitor e-mails on a daily basis, flagging urgent e-mails and responding or forwarding them to relevant staff as needed.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in using SystmOne for clinical recordkeeping and activity data extraction.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  5. Participate in local induction to ensure new staff are aware of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and able to adapt to unpredictable work patterns, deadlines, and frequent interruptions.
  • Experience of using RiO, appointment booking, waiting list monitoring, MTP, editable letters.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role and/or management of staff.
