About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Clinical Team Manager in our Neurosurgery department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Hub 3 Neurology Team and driving excellence in patient care.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a strong track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve exceptional results. You will also have a deep understanding of the clinical administration pathway and experience of working in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hub 3 Neurology Team in their work
  • Motivate and develop your team to deliver high-quality care
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise a team and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Good Standard of higher education including GCSE level or equivalent, Maths and English Language
  • Level 4 qualification in Administration or Management
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 4 qualification in Administration/Management/Team Leader
  • Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
  • Experience of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of supervising a team
  • Understanding of the clinical administration pathway
  • Experience of conflict resolution
  • Experience of working within the General Data Protection Regulations 2018
  • Experience of using electronic systems
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Experience of change management
