Museum Leadership Position

The Association of Academic Museums & Galleries is seeking a talented Museum Leadership Position to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our museum operations, including finance, facilities, human resources, and communications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A master's degree or equivalent experience and at least ten years of senior management experience in a museum or related nonprofit organization are required.
Compensation is anticipated to be in the range of $200,000 to $225,000, with benefits including group health and life insurance, HSA account, vacation time, and a 401k plan.
