Key Responsibilities: As Senior Specialist in World Cultural Heritage, you will play a critical role in shaping the Museum's approach to collecting, conserving, and exhibiting objects from Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. Your expertise and passion for these regions will inform the development of exhibitions, programs, and educational initiatives that engage diverse audiences and foster a deeper understanding of global cultures.
  • Collaborate with curators, conservators, and other experts to develop innovative exhibitions and programs that showcase the richness and diversity of global cultural heritage.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities and inform the Museum's collecting strategy.
  • Build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to promote the Museum's work and collections, and to secure funding and support for future projects.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile exhibitions and projects, and to contribute to the Museum's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
