Job Summary
Savills is seeking an experienced Urban Heritage Specialist to join our expanding team in Central London. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide consultancy advice on heritage and townscape matters, working closely with clients and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EIA process and experience preparing ES-level HTVIAs. They should also possess detailed knowledge of the planning system in England, including the NPPF, planning policy, and guidance related to heritage and townscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing consultancy advice to colleagues and clients on heritage and townscape matters
  • Assessing potential townscape and visual effects using VU.CITY
  • Producing HTVIA documents for planning submission using InDesign and Illustrator
  • Attending consultation events related to projects, including consultations with Historic England, Local Authority Conservation staff, and statutory amenity societies

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
