Senior Heritage Consultant

Senior Heritage Consultant Role
Location: Flexible Working Arrangements

Access Talent Group is seeking a Senior Heritage Consultant to join our growing heritage team. The consultancy works on a wide range of projects, from small residential developments to large-scale renewable energy ventures. The role involves close collaboration with other sectors within the business to deliver successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will manage the delivery of projects and engage with clients and project teams from feasibility through to the appeal stage. Responsibilities include providing expert heritage advice, preparing key heritage documentation, and serving as an expert witness when required. This role offers flexibility and remote working options.

Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Heritage Consultant, ideally at a senior level.
- Ability to provide heritage advice at all stages of the planning process.
- Experience in preparing Advice Notes, Heritage Impact Statements, and Appeal Statements.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on diverse projects.
