The Trustees of the British Museum are seeking an experienced Employment and Benefits Coordinator to join their team in the cultural heritage sector. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for promoting equality of opportunity.

As an Employment and Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the museum's recruitment process, ensuring that all applicants receive equal treatment and opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records of candidate applications.

This is a full-time position, working on site approximately 3 days per week. The museum offers a flexible working scheme, allowing employees to work remotely in a way that suits them and the organization. We welcome questions and conversations at interview stage about how flexible working could work for you.

The salary for this position is £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the museum offers a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, a generous annual leave allowance, and a pension scheme.
