The Bruce Museum, a multidisciplinary institution accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, is seeking a visionary leader to drive its next chapter. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for promoting the museum's goal of being a center for inspiration and learning.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work collaboratively and support a diverse and inclusive environment. You will lead exhibition and public events programming, serve as an ambassador, and represent the museum in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Have a strong understanding of art, science, and natural history
  • Be able to promote the museum's mission and values
