Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive complex change initiatives and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with second and third-line leaders to manage and report on processes
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and emerging themes in the industry

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience within the financial services industry, including time spent managing in an executive capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation/remediation programs
  • Relevant regulated financial service expertise, with an understanding of challenges of running a large-scale Technology transformation program
  • Strong understanding of process-based business management and risk and controls
  • Managed cross-border teams based over multiple locations, additional points for experience with strong connectivity to the regulators
  • Extensive experience in managing large, complex third parties, who are critical to the success of the program
