Museum Philanthropy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at the National History Museum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 roles – Patrons Manager and a Philanthropy Manager (HNWI and Legacies), with oversight of both the Patrons Programme and Legacy programme.
The National History Museum is a world-class visitor attraction and leading science research centre, with over 80 million objects spanning billions of years. We welcome over five million visitors annually and 16 million visits to our website.

About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced and high-performing fundraiser, supporting their team to excel. To thrive in this role, you will be adept at building positive relationships across all levels of the organisation and have strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum is on offer, along with generous benefits including 5 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a defined contribution pension scheme, season ticket loan, and free admission to exhibitions.
