Job Title: Philanthropy Project Lead

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our corporate social responsibility department, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and project management of our philanthropy programme.

The successful candidate will have experience in programme leadership, with a strong focus on partnership development and stakeholder engagement. You will lead the implementation of our Community Framework with bronze, silver, and gold level partnerships, with a particular focus on overseeing the operational delivery of our new charity partnership with YoungMinds.

You will also lead the process of charity donations, financial forecasts, and tracking, ensuring that finance has all the correct data to manage the payment of donations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the data and comms for reporting, writing the community sections for the ESG Report and the Annual Report.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive delivery across the business, and build relationships with stakeholders.
