Job Title: Philanthropy Coordinator

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to secure funding for our charitable objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with funders, stakeholders, and partners
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of The Winchester Project. You will have the chance to work closely with our Head of Partnerships and Communications and Marketing Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of fundraising, preferably in a trust and foundation context
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
