The Winchester Project is a pioneering youth and community charity based in Camden, London, dedicated to supporting children and young people. We are seeking a Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team and help us secure funding to deliver our mission.

As a Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with funders and stakeholders, identifying funding opportunities, and developing winning bids. You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships and Communications and Marketing Lead to resource our mission and help every child succeed.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive team environment that invests in our staff's professional and personal development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with funders and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities
  • Develop and submit winning bids and proposals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve fundraising goals

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in fundraising or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of trusts and foundations, and statutory funding
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
