We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the position of Administrative Leadership Position at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As an Administrative Leadership Position, you will play a key role in leading our administration team to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative services.

In this role, you will oversee administrative functions, manage electronic rosters, track leave, organize meetings, and ensure service standards align with Trust policies. You will also be responsible for providing cross-site support, monitoring leave, booking locums, and identifying and acting on problems with electronic rostering systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and staff management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the administration team to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative services

  4. Monitoring leave, booking locums, and identifying and acting on problems with electronic rostering systems
