Job Overview

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will lead a high-performing team, oversee store operations, and develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a talented team of sales, operations, and visual merchandising professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate leadership, to share best practices, discuss challenges, and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
