About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position within our store team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and leading the team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Set a high standard for the team and customers by leading by example
- Independently manage the store, ensuring seamless operations
- Develop and inspire the team to achieve their goals using our Leadership & Company Principles
- Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring the store is running efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support the team through every shift, promoting a positive work environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
What We Offer
- An additional £4.5 per hour for working between 23:00 and 05:00
