About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position within our store team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and leading the team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set a high standard for the team and customers by leading by example
  • Independently manage the store, ensuring seamless operations
  • Develop and inspire the team to achieve their goals using our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring the store is running efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers
  • Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support the team through every shift, promoting a positive work environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
