About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Leadership Position to join our team at Azets. As a key member of our office support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of administrators, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their full potential.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Practice Management: Maintain practice management systems, ensure data quality, and facilitate the lifecycle of Letters of Engagement (LOEs) efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Confident in delegating tasks to others and managing any points of escalation to resolution.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Basic Project Management Skills: Apply problem-solving techniques to address challenges and find practical solutions.

What We Offer:
