Job Title: Administrative Leadership Specialist

Job Summary:

Career Legal is seeking an experienced Administrative Leadership Specialist to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the practice team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing complex issues, and promoting positive relationships within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the practice team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service
  • Manage complex issues with emotional intelligence, providing regular catch-ups with PAs
  • Collaborate with HR and the Head of Practice Support to drive improvements and promote positive relationships
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience in people management with an understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build confidence and trust with others
  • A good sense of judgment with the ability to deal with difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
