Job Overview
Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to support the development and production of veterinary vaccines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives, with advanced computer skills and SAP experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling complex tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum,

Key Responsibilities
  • General Secretarial/Clerical responsibilities
  • HR systems related activities - experience with Workday preferential
  • The coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments
  • Prioritisation of workload and ability to multitask and work efficiently with little supervision

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above)
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
  • SAP experience processing: Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP
