Housing Administrative Assistant
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Administrative Assistant to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to Property Managers and Housing Officers in north London.
Key Responsibilities:- Log and respond to complaints and inquiries from residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on paper and computer-based systems.
- Support customer surveys and feedback by uploading daily data and performing basic analysis.
- Organize internal and external meetings, events, and logistics, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Prepare and distribute reports and data as required by the team.
- Cover for colleagues when they are out of the office or on leave.
- Liaise with team members to coordinate projects and tasks.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with housing providers and support services.
A competitive salary of around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
