Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist - Housing

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. This is a great opportunity to work in the housing management sector and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our Property Managers and Housing Officers.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date filing and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with customer surveys and feedback, including data analysis and report preparation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and projects, using initiative and discretion when required.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a housing management or related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A strong understanding of housing providers and support services.
