Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Housing Administrative Assistant in north London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and supporting housing management efforts.

  • Responsibilities include logging complaints and inquiries from residents, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both paper-based and digital, to ensure seamless communication and decision-making.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of customer surveys and feedback initiatives, including daily data uploads and basic analysis.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and events, including agenda drafting, room bookings, refreshments, invitations, responses, visitor coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Providing essential data and business information reports to the team as required.
  • Offering cover and support for colleagues on leave or out of the office, ensuring continuity and high-quality service delivery.
  • Leading specific projects or events and undertaking other duties necessary to support the department's work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housing management is not essential but preferred.
  • Experience working within an office/administration environment is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear information and answer questions via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of housing providers and support services is desirable.

What We Offer:
