Business Operations Manager

Hestia Housing Support is a leading organisation in empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence.
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, providing administrative support, managing reporting systems, and coordinating communications.
This role will play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of our Central Service.
About the Job
- Develop and implement management reporting systems and structures that meet the needs of the organisation.
- Analyse information and draft reports to produce timely management information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Identify key external and internal communications requiring oversight and input from the Head of Chief Executive's Office, promoting effective communication across the organisation.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Head of Chief Executive's Office, coordinating and processing information efficiently.
- Liaise and disseminate communications on behalf of the Head of Chief Executive's Office and Chief Executive, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Represent Hestia Housing Support at external engagements, supporting the Executive Directorship in promoting the organisation's values and objectives.
