About the Role

In this pivotal position, the successful Business Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our business in London. Key responsibilities include managing complex schedules, providing administrative support, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage the calendars of senior executives, ensuring effective time management and minimizing conflicts.
  2. Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, working closely with executive teams.
  3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in MS Office applications.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex calendars, scheduling systems, and project coordination.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
