Job Description

At GHD, we are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Organizational Design Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead business development activities, manage project teams, and develop project methodology on organizational design, governance, operating model, capacity building, leadership development, and organizational design and implementation.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in organizational design, strategy, leadership development, change management, and similar disciplines. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working on high-level projects, with a proven track record of delivering results and developing professionally within a consultancy environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our client project teams, providing end-to-end support to clients across the EMEA region. They will also collaborate with our wider Advisory and Business Transformation practices as needed.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or related degree, with an Advanced degree or MBA being a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience working on organizational design, operating model development, governance, strategy, leadership development, change, and/or similar disciplines.
  • A previous consultancy background in the MENA region is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
