About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Digital Experience Consultant to join our team As a key member of our consulting function, you will be responsible for providing our customers with strategic advice and enabling them to achieve their strategic goals through the use of the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals and objectives, as well as their digital strategy and how it can be enabled by technology solutions.
  • Facilitate sessions and workshops around strategic insights with client stakeholders to drive alignment and influence action affecting business impact, user experience, data, and technology decisions.
  • Work closely with our clients to develop a vision & strategy, map organizational processes, and support change management within their organization to achieve a mindset shift towards data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain a continuous optimization process focused on the customer experience: designing roadmaps, analysis, generating insights, and calculating business impact.
  • Develop a repository of knowledge from ongoing work and industrialize that to create a repeatable set of activities to scale the consulting function internally at Optimizely.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, technology consulting, analytics, and/or customer experience optimization (CRO, AB testing).
  • Possess a good understanding of operational infrastructure, processes, and tools of a modern Digital Experience Platform.
  • Familiarity with Optimizely (or other leading A/B testing platforms) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time to visit customers.
