We are seeking an HR Director to lead and develop our people strategy at Design Bridge and Partners. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving various aspects of HR, including organisational design, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, DE&I initiatives, international mobility, and partnering with WPP on strategic people projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR and a passion for people management. You will work closely with senior management and our People team to ensure our people practices align with business objectives and drive organisational success.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Your expertise will help us achieve real impact for our clients' brands and benefit their business, people, and the planet.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a performance-related bonus, comprehensive health insurance, and a generous pension scheme.
