In this exciting role as an HR Business Partner at Planet Pharma, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies that support the organization's growth and success. As a trusted advisor to management and employees, you will deliver expert guidance on employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and performance management to ensure the company has the right talent in place.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster open communication, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
  4. Change Management: Support organizational transitions with coaching and effective strategies to minimize disruption.
  5. Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to UK employment law, mitigate risks, and maintain HR policy compliance.
  6. DEI Initiatives: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Biotech environment, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience working in a start-up or growing company environment. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
