Organizational Development Partner

About the Position:
We are seeking an Organizational Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our L&D Team, you will be responsible for supporting our operational teams within our Army Careers Centres and Assessment Centre, primarily covering our northern regions.
You will work collaboratively with key contacts within the business to build capability and grow talent in accordance with business objectives. Your focus will be on designing and delivering innovative and fun learning solutions to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, while also encouraging individuals to be curious and accountable for their own self-development.
This role requires travel around the North of the UK, with sites located between Sheffield and Scotland, and some travel to Northern Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and delivering tailored learning programs to meet the needs of our operational teams.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to build capability and grow talent within the organization.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making recommendations for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Building relationships with internal customers to understand their learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- An estimated salary of £37,000-£41,000 based on location and experience.
