Job Overview

New Development Bank is seeking a highly skilled HR Transformation Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to facilitate cultural transformation and continuous improvement within the organization.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address emerging organizational priorities, leveraging your expertise in organizational development, staff engagement, and culture development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of innovative organizational development programs that directly address emerging organizational priorities.
  • Assist in the implementation of the competency framework, aligning it to the bank's strategy and integrating it into talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and development.
  • Manage the employee engagement survey process and the implementation of initiatives to build a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Relevant certification/s from globally recognized certification agencies in the related field would be preferred.
  • 9 - 12 years of relevant HR work experience in a multilateral development bank, international development sector, or private sector.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging way.

Salary Estimate: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
