We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by leading organizational change initiatives that drive business results.

Job Description

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading organizational development initiatives, including process improvements, culture transformation, and change management. You will work closely with Senior Management and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address organizational challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead organizational development initiatives, including process improvements, culture transformation, and change management.
  2. Collaborate with Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address organizational challenges.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management, Managers, and employees.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience in HR management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and ability to think operationally and strategically.
Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
