Job Description

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our London office, supporting the full scope of HR responsibilities and partnering with US and Singapore offices on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop core HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
  2. Drive people initiatives through effective communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  3. Deliver an exceptional employee experience that aligns with the company's culture and values.
  4. Provide generalist support on administrative tasks, employee relations, and 3rd party management.
  5. Offer recommendations for compensation, organizational structure, attrition, promotions, and other strategic decisions.
  6. Proactively identify employee learning and development needs, retention strategies, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
  7. Create and implement training programs tailored to employee needs.
  8. Design an onboarding process for new employees to ensure a successful start within all departments.
  9. Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and data privacy laws.
  10. Ensure the compensation and benefits structure is competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  11. Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage the HR budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
