We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team as an L&D Manager – Core Learning. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global organization, leveraging the Apprenticeship Levy to develop and embed a robust, scalable approach to measurement and insight generation.

As an L&D Manager – Core Learning, you will work closely with the L&D Lead and other stakeholders to design and develop programs and solutions that support the development of global skills and behaviors across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong L&D background, combining modern, blended learning methods with the achievement of business outcomes. They should possess experience in developing and using measurement and evaluation strategies that extend beyond Kirkpatrick and Phillips.

A strong communicator with excellent presentation and influencing skills, they will be able to build trusting relationships at all levels of the business. Financial Services experience is highly desirable, particularly in the compliance aspect of this role.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Design and develop effective L&D programs and solutions.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and shared services partners.
