We are seeking an Organizational Information Specialist to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our knowledge management team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing comprehensive knowledge management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Knowledge Management System Development:
  2. Develop and maintain robust knowledge bases to serve as central repositories for organizational expertise and best practices.
  3. Implement governance and quality assurance processes to ensure content remains current, accurate, and valuable.
  4. Training and Development:
  5. Design and oversee training programs to maximize utilization of knowledge resources.
  6. Culture of Knowledge Sharing:
  7. Champion a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in knowledge management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and process development skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
