Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at TPP Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning & development practitioner to lead and develop the learning culture within an organization.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £53,000 - £58,000 depending on skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a contributory pension scheme with an employer's contribution of up to 10%, an Employee Assistance Programme, eye care vouchers, an Employee Discount Scheme, and comprehensive learning & development provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a blended learning approach to engage the wider organization in evolving L&D provision.
  • Lead an organizational skills audit to identify available, needed, and future-proofing skills, as well as skills gaps.
  • Design and implement a training needs analysis process aligned to the performance review process and develop an organizational training plan.
  • Create and curate development content that is accessible, relevant, and engaging, including core skills development and delivery face-to-face or virtually.
  • Maintain accurate records of development spend and committed spend to support HR services in controlling L&D costs and maintaining budget.
  • Be responsible for the LMS platform, including managing relationships with providers, ensuring content relevance, processes administration, and assessing, developing, and implementing further e-learning content.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of learning solutions to inform future activity and demonstrate value for money.
  • Provide expert and professional advice on L&D requirements, solutioning with managers and workforce to grow capability.
