This part-time role involves collecting, analyzing, and publishing insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to drive this research forward. As an expert in data analysis, you will utilize complex statistical methods, including multi-level regression and CFA, to inform our strategies and improve workplace dynamics.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or a related field, be proficient in R or Python for data analysis, and possess exceptional academic writing skills. You should also be comfortable working independently in a fully remote team environment and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
