Job Overview

We are looking for a talented PhD or Post-Doc researcher in Organizational Psychology to support our research efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and research design, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and publish insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness
  • Develop and implement innovative research designs to inform organizational development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
Requirements
  • PhD or Post-Doc degree in Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis and research design
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
