We have a fantastic opportunity for an Organizational Readiness Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all change and training elements of projects and programmes aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERING ALL CHANGE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS ACROSS ALL PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES WITHIN THE PORTFOLIO.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of all change and training elements of projects and programmes aligned to business objectives.
  • Leading the Change & Training function.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of how people go through and experience change.
  • Technical, business, and leadership skills.
  • Experience within Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, B2C etc.
  • Proven experience working successfully with all levels of stakeholders (including c-suite), with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences, and an understanding of different learning styles.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment - Be adaptable, flexible, resilient, and able to deal with uncertainty and challenges.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
