About the Role:
This hands-on position reports directly to the Group HR Director and plays a pivotal role in creating, delivering, and continually improving our core L&D programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies that drive organizational performance and employee development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating and executing a strategic calendar for learning program delivery
  • Designing and delivering L&D programs and initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Managing and maintaining effective learning management systems (LMS)
  • Providing regular L&D performance reporting, including regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced learning and development business
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning programs that drive organizational performance and employee development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and interpret data
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
