We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Advisor to join our team and support organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a similar HR advisory role, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues and support change processes within the organization. They will utilize their knowledge of organizational development principles to design and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to present data effectively.
  • Support change processes by drafting letters, documents, and communications that meet deadlines.
  • Assist managers with developing cases for change, consultation documents, and liaising with unions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, with a strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of organizational development principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations.
  • Strong customer focus, both internally and externally, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
