We are looking for an expert HR professional to join our team at Four Paws.
Role OverviewThis position involves leading HR activities, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations in the UK. The successful candidate will possess outstanding HR expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing high-performing teams.
Main Accountabilities- Leading recruiting activities for local UK employments.
- Representing the UK HR function within the international community.
- Identifying training needs and implementing organizational development plans.
- Coaching and developing the local leadership team in HR-related issues.
- Substantial experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to an agile project management approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible working times with partial remote work options.
- Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives.
- PAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year.
- A yearly gross salary range of £49,000 - £54,000.
