Senior Administrative Coordinator

Salary Range: £18 - £20 per hour
About the Opportunity:We are seeking a highly organised and skilled support professional to join our team at Office Angels in the City of London.
This role offers the chance to work with senior executives and contribute to a leading organisation in the financial services industry, developing skills as a PA in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives, managing complex diaries and ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Expense Reporting: Process and log company and personal expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Email Management: Effectively manage inboxes, ensuring messages are handled promptly and professionally.
- Meeting Planning: Coordinate complex meeting room bookings, optimising resource utilisation and ensuring seamless meeting experiences.
- Paperwork and Briefings: Secure and organise papers and briefings for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with adhoc tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Welcome and Communication: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and VIPs, creating a positive impression of the organisation.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven experience in diary management, booking meeting rooms, and processing expenses.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with executives and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
