About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team at AWE Plc.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions that maximise productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality to the business. This role involves working on maintenance and reliability projects across the full engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detecting and analysing technical problems to make informed decisions about rectification.
  • Leading/participating in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems.
  • Effective stakeholder management, engaging and influencing others to drive improvements across the function.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong maintenance engineering background and a recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC). The ability to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications is essential.

Requirements
  • A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC).
  • A strong maintenance engineering background.
