Sales Manager Building Solutions

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to cover the East of England region. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our sealing systems to architects, façade contractors, and fenestration installers.
About the Region:
The East of England region covers areas from Nottingham down to Sussex. This is a vast territory with huge potential for growth. Our target market includes architects, façade contractors, and fenestration installers who require high-performance sealing systems for various types of fenestration.
Job Description:
This is a field sales role that requires frequent travel into London. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the building products industry. You will need to be comfortable travelling frequently and have a willingness to consider new business development and account management.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve £180,000 turnover on the area
- Inherit approximately 50-60 fenestration and façade contractor installers on patch
- Approximately 50% new business development, 50% account management role
Requirements:
- Field sales experience from within the building products industry
- Experience working with window fabricators and installers is not required
- Proven new business and account development skills
- An understanding of the fenestration industry and related building regulations surrounding conservation of energy may be beneficial
Salary: £40,000 + 10% uncapped bonus
