Job Overview

Brakes is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering profitable volume growth versus targets.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary up to £36,000 per annum, accompanied by uncapped bonus potential, a home-based contract, company car, additional holiday purchase options, and award-winning products at virtually cost price.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to identify new customer opportunities and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market, promoting our award-winning products and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous, but not essential.
