Field Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Field Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Sysco GB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and execution of sales strategies.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and establish ourselves as a trusted partner in the agricultural market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £36,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus potential, a company car, and additional holiday purchase options.
