Bio Process Sales Specialist

Your Role
As a Bio Process Sales Specialist at Eppendorf, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through systematic market analysis and initiating sales opportunities by personal contact with prospective clients. You will maintain and continue to develop relationships with existing pharma, biotech, and academic clients, and develop your sales regions and product markets according to strategic goals.
Your Responsibilities
- You will identify key decision-makers within prospective clients, arrange client visits with appropriate Eppendorf personnel, and present products to clients at their site. You will also identify future needs.
- You will inform customers on potential applications of all other Eppendorf products and relay any interest to appropriate sales personnel.
- You will actively support Marketing functions as well as bioprocess promotion activities and represent Eppendorf at trade shows and transnational bioprocess conferences to strengthen reputation and recognition of the brand image among customers.
- You will cater to service requests and forward to EBC (Eppendorf Bioprocess Center) service and support team if necessary.
Your Expertise
- You will have an academic degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or similar.
- You will have at least 3 years' experience and deep knowledge in Bioprocess.
- You will have experience with MS Office products and CRM-systems.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You will have flexibility and high willingness to travel inside and outside of the Northern European Sales region (30-40%).
- You will have a strong customer focus, collaborative nature, and results-driven working style.
