Commercial Sales Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Northern Home Counties region.
Salary: £50,000 + 20% bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with national & independent merchants & buying groups, stockists, retailers, and small to medium housebuilders.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with internal technical sales teams to ensure accurate specification writing.
- Work closely with the specification manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the building products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
